Woman drove 4+ miles on highway at 60 mph with boyfriend clinging to hood, toddler inside car

A North Carolina woman drove more than four miles with her boyfriend on the hood of her Dodge Dart sedan — "swerving" at speeds of 60 mph while her toddler was inside the vehicle, cops say.
