FBI, Capitol Police probe suspicious letters mailed to Congress with DSA-linked return address

The FBI, US Postal Inspection Service and Capitol Police are investigating letters "containing suspicious substances" that were mailed to congressional offices, according to emails sent to Hill staff Thursday.
