Recall expanded for popular Walmart pasta dish over Listeria risk

A recall of an Italian pasta dish distributed to Walmart stores nationwide has been expanded to include all lot numbers because of possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration says.
