Judge dismisses most of David Sills’ claims against SBC leaders, orders settlement conference

(RNS) — A federal judge ruled a defamation claim filed by former professor David Sills, who lost his job to sexual misconduct allegations, could go forward against the SBC's Executive Committee, Guidepost Solutions, Al Mohler and Southern Seminary.
